“We showed up to check in and the staff came out and greeted us. We did not have any issues with check-in. The lobby was decently clean when we went down the hallway to head to our room, We noticed bugs on the floor and a moldy smell. when we enter into our room there are bugs all over the floor, blankets are dirty, air conditioner doesn’t work, brown-sticky stuff all the way down the wall and on the floor, shower was dirty, and the fire alarm beeping because the battery is dead.
