“Clean rooms”

“The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

“Arrived at 9pm to property, just a nightly layover for another destination. Room was clean, cool at the time and accommodated our pet. However, 3am woke up and found room was warm and ac not working. Notified property through link for which I got an immediate response saying they pass on to management. No follow up nor compensation. Just we will look into it upon check out.”

“The room was clean But there were roaches crawling on the lamp. Alive gnats all in the bathroom and on the towels. Shower water was good and hot”

“The staff was excellent and accomodating. Breakfast was good . Orange juice was the real thing the rooms were nice size and clean”

“Room was great , ac was cold bed was comfy and everything was very clean . The Man that runs the place went beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It was just a quick overnight stop but it was nice . Thanks ”
