First, the property is still branded as a Super 8. I live in town and I felt confused when I drove up, so I imagine anyone from out of town would be, as well. “The pictures on booking do not match the actual motel not hotel. The room spell like smoke when i was supposedly in a non smoking room. It did not have a great variety of food for breakfast. The kitchen staff could not even speak English. ”

“This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund. ”
