“The location is great. The breakfast and breakfast staff are fantastic! The balcony is mostly inaccessible and a big disappointment. When you are booking they do not make it clear that there are a lot of disclaimers and restrictions with regard to accessing the balcony. The pictures of the balcony and its view were a big reason why I paid extra for this hotel. But because of the limited hours it is open to visitors, I never got to even use it. “Good position and hospitality, but old room”

“This is a new hotel. Great location within walking distance to The Newport on the Levee community. Lots of food options in the area. Hot Breakfast each day. 2 restaurants. The lobby bar/grill has a sweet happy hour. DO take advantage! The rooftop bar is awesome and huge. Enough space/seating for everyone. Room was clean. Stove top and Full size fridge. Utensils/pots/pans/plates etc. Close to bus stop. Had a great time. Would definitely return”
