“Il letto della camera era per cosi dire "un asse di legno" nessuna doga o simile sotto al materasso di appena 15 centimetri. L'aria condizionate era rumorosissima e non si poteva spegnere per il troppo caldo. Alla mattina non ti possono offrire niente piu di un caffe a pagamento. Zona comoda e vicino a vari ristoranti.”

“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco. El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo. El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo. En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

“I love the wave and I am a regular client since 2014 but this time I regret to say the conditions of my room compared to the price asked were not fair at all. the room had a crazy humidity which forced to keep A/C on 24/24... it was not even possible to stand on your feet because of the slippery floor... furniture starts to get creepy because the few years ago renovation was cheap (like the table that was just painted...) ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful with multiple pools by the beach to enjoy and relax. I received a wonderful experience at the spa. Guided tours through the hotel are overpriced. We decided to book tours with locals instead. The food provided by room service is not as good as the restaurant food.”
