“I stayed here with my sons after a long day at Valley Fair. I needed connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I reserved and my request was met immediately. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with very modern choices. The lobby is welcoming with snacks and drinks (for purchase) and Vogue magazines on the side tables for reading. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again after a trip to Valley Fair. This was a very nice hotel.”

“Stayed with a friend after attending a concert. Booked a suite with a separate bedroom. Nice blinds on the window. The bed looked comfortable. I slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room space and it was the worst sleeper sofa mattress I’ve ever slept on. I could feel every coil. It was in rough shape and needs to be replaced. I told the staff when they asked how my stay was. I would stay there again but would not pay extra for the same type of room. Staff kept the coffee pots filled and...

“Dirty, safety was a concern, no breakfast as described. Not that I would eat what they offered. I'm sad I spent my hard earned money there. It shouldn't be open.”

“The TV would freeze up for a up to 5 minutes at a time so hard to watch anything. Went down for breakfast at 6:50am and there were only a couple of sausage patties and round egg patties left, hash browns were all gone and no staff around to get more. Made a sandwich from what was there, decaf coffee air pot was empty. Staff showed up 10 minutes after we got down there but we were leaving at that point.”

“Place is falling apart . Room needs complete renovation. Plus a blanket or quilt on the bed .”

“The air worked in the room on a hot day and there weren't bed bugs... the air in the rest of the building didn't work and the bed skirts and carpet were filthy... that is about all there is to say about that”

“The room I was in had a broken shower head--I did report it to the front desk immediately after check-in It was never looked at for the three days I stayed. The property was in a nice quiet location and had some outdoor grills for the client to use.”

“Reserved room two weeks ago BMX race first said wrong day had paperwork then said overbooked and someone was already in our room !!!!no rooms anywhere raced Sunday had to sleep in my Jeep checked everywhere no rooms !! Not happy !!!!!!!”

“Staff were good and friendly. Wifi sucked. Had a room on 1st floor and found ants everyday no matter how clean I kept the room.(I know 2nd floor + helps for ants but still). I even cleaned the tables with soap to help but they were relentless. Walls are very thin, I could hear everything going on in the hall to any room around me. On the upside, fridge was larger than most hotel fridges. AC worked well.”

“During our stay, the room was decent, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was ok. I did not receive the room that I thought I had booked and was upgraded for an extra charge of $50.00 for a room with a "better bathtub". Apparently "Expedia " has the picture wrong on the site, and the room that I was expecting was " down for repairs " for another week. Had I known this, I would have stayed somewhere else that was nicer quality for the 400 I paid for 2 nights in a sub par hotel. The...

“its a good place to stay for the price. staff is very friendly and they they have put a lot of time and effort into making this property great. it is an old building and there definitely needs to be some upgrades done. if you need a place on a budget its the perfect spot. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was limited but for the price and on a holiday weekend it is more than ok.”

“An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!”
