“The property is outdated the hot tubs we peeling and stained very grimy on top of the grossness, the room above jets were obtrusively loud and then the roof broke and water poured in the room. We were moved to another upgraded king room and the tub was dripping all night. There was rust stains and peeling and grubby finish. The mattresses were terrible ”

“Showers were lukewarm at best! Tried taking showers at different times of the day and evening and they were always lukewarm never could get them hot. ”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Some of the staff were friendly and warm. The pool needs to cleaned, towels readily available. Breakfast had a great assortment- the staff member working on Sunday morning was awesome. He was very friendly and helpful.”
