Hotel a Mine Run

“Hotel was located perfectly for us to be able to walk to our Marine Corps half marathon. They also added a late checkout that was unexpected but truly appreciated.”

“Upon arrival, our key cards did not work to access our room, so we were moved to another room. The TV did not work in the room, and the manager tried to come up and rectify the problem, but claimed it was the weather. The fitness room was unusable as the AC unit was broken and it was too hot to exercise. There were no towels, hand sanitizer overboard in the fitness room. There was a dead cockroach in the lobby women’s restroom and no paper towels. The toilet tank took five minutes to refill. Our...

“We stayed one night at this property after attending a concert in Maryland and called ahead to arrange a late check-in. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated after such a long evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept great. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a to-go bag that included water and a bagel for the road. Overall, this was a great place to stay!”

“We didnt eat breakfast because we prefer more of the meats, eggs, potatoes variety. If you prefer, pancakes, muffins, cereals, veggie omletes or turkey sausage. You would be happy.”

“I am surprised, Hilton has approved this facility as a Hampton Inn. The Room #23 was totally equivalent to Motel 6. Bathrooms had bugs inside out of shower. tiles are broken. ”

“Very large rooms, they dont clean it everyday, i appreciate the breakfast, the gym is less then essential but it is available at all times. Reception personell is very gentle. Good parking area, some stuff are vintage and the elevator doesnt work properly.”

“Boiler broke down and we had no hot water for almost 4 days, rooms are good size, beds comfortable, A/C made alot of noise, kitchenette was adequate, housekeeping was great, but the scented sprays were pretty heavy for residents who may have COPD or asthma, security was present on site, we were comfortable”
