“I had took from this hotel for 3 days while I was visiting this area. The Internet was extremely poor as it kept disconnecting. The front desk tried their best to accommodate me; however, it was embarrassing when I was on customer conference calls. Other than that, it was okay.”

That schedule is fine and would mean cleaning on either Friday or Saturday depending on when the every other day starts. The issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned on either Friday or Saturday. “In Owosso there are few options for a hotel and the Comstock is probably the best. The hallways & elevators needed cleaning bad. The room was adequate but the foam beads offered no support at all. I sleep on a firm bed and found theirs to be extremely uncomfortable.”

“We were at this hotel to go to a family wedding. We reserved a handicapped room hoping for a walk-in shower. Nope. However the closet clothes bar was very low —I guess for a wheelchair bound person. There was a plastic piece to cover the bump from the tile area to the carpet. It was nailed down but the nails were popping up & we constantly caught our shows & socks on those nails.
