Hotel a Munroe Falls

“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“The room looked worn. There were stains on the carpet and chair.”

“Unclean room, sticky all over, breakfast is like scam, just a cofee and some donnutes left on tbe table. Over all not a good place to stay.”

“Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!”

“Upon check in, I was given a room with a malfunctioning AC, I spoke with the gentleman at the desk and recieved a new room without issue after his attempt to fix the unit didn't work and resetting the unit a few more times myself didn't get it to stay on. Overall, It's what you'd expect of a Days Inn near Akron. Good enough for a night or two, property in relatively good shape but definitely still has the same characters and abandoned vehicles you'd find at any other urban days inn. Overall...

“Could have been cleaner. There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45.”

“breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible.”

“The hotel looked run down and smelled bad. Room door didn’t function properly. Laundry room was disgustingl. Room appeared clean but hair still in shower. Fridge felt as if it was going to tip over. It was very wobbly.ice bucket looked dirty”

“Clean room and helpful staff. Plenty of parking and seemed safe. Breakfast good. Room okay but walls thin and husband slept poorly due to mattress. Could use new flooring in elevator and entry area”

“Room was clean. Outside of hotel had a lot of garbage. $50 charge in case of issues pended immediately to card. Usual for high end but not this type of hotel. Location away from everything but I was attending a wedding down the road. No UBER available. Tried twice for half hour.”

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”
