“Nice rustic B&B. AC worked well and bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Nice country setting. We’re planning to return next time we need a place to stay in Cortland/Ithaca area.”

“We have been staying at a lot of hotels this summer for baseball And I try to get name brand as in Fairfield inn by Marriott if I possible,well not this one Room was so stagnant and ac filters may have been cleaned a yr ago ,room looked like it was cleaned quickly,found a empty jar of weed gummies by the couch,ran out of hot water both mornings,hallways and lobby were so hot and wasn’t even that hot outside, I usually only leave reviews if it’s a great place to stay It was still better than...

“Very comfortable beds and clean linens. Sofabed like all places are horrible. Breakfast was great with eggs bacon sausage and variety of breads and make your own waffle with all the toppings you desire and yogurt and oatmeal. Enjoyed the convenience of having that available to eat before checking out”
