“I showed up late at night around 2am. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. I received a courtesy call a few hours prior just to make sure I was still on my way and I appreciated that extra step. The hotel itself is beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. “Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Really good value overall. Note they don’t necessarily provide kitchen amenities even though there’s a kitchen - they expect you to travel with pots and pans I suppose. But this is an issue with the chain in general. Only certain limited locations provide kitchen utensils and pans. Most don’t. Nonetheless, still a nice hotel and a good value. Just a weird business model. ”
