“Camera spaziosa. Bagno non pulito adeguatamente. È presente una lavanderia ma è disponibile una sola lavatrice, che era occupata. La colazione niente di particolare, ma la signora che gestiva la sala era molto gentile.”

“Niente di speciale solo abbastanza vicina centro. Fortunatamente parcheggio per lasciare macchina anche se esterno. Non mi è piaciuto perchè si sono dimenticati di rifare la camera per 2 gg. Scomodo in quanto l'ascensore non arriva al piano delle camere ma bisogna scendere di 5 gradini per andare alla nostra camera terzo piano con le valigie pesanti. ”

“The attendant in the breakfast room is helpful and friendly. Room was tidy neat and clean. However the front desk agent was knocking at our door so hard it frightened me. The front desk knew we asked for a later check out. The front desk agent has given us a hard time last time we stayed at this location. ”

“We had a late night stay at the Buccaneer Inn before leaving for Victoria in the morning and so happy we booked it. The room was well set up, parking and reception easily accessible to the room and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone was well rested after a long day and check out was simple. A lovely choice if you're staying in Nanaimo!”

“Wasn’t booking particularly for the view, but it’s a bit of a stretch to call it an ocean view. Comfort-wise, I found the bed very soft - felt luxurious but not great for back support (personal preference I suppose). I would enjoy a thicker duvet for fall/wintertime. Overall, it was a great experience and i would return. Thank you!”
