“Nice value, clean rooms, great location”

“The parking lot smelled like garbage. Their appeared to be people living in the hotel. Breakfast was useless. There was no pool even though it was advertised that there was one. I chose the hotel strictly because it said there was one and when I found out there was not one they refused to refund me the rest of the nights so I could find a hotel that did have one.”

“When we checked in twice, we had to go back downstairs and to get the room keys corrected. They ended up sending a technician because we couldn’t get the doors open the room keys couldn’t work. We found that other patrons were outside. Exit number five smoke marijuana on the morning that we were checking out we found that it’s not user-friendly for disabled people. The hot tub was empty and nonfunctioning, which is one of the reasons why we wanted to come there we found that we had to go to...

“Holes in bathroom wall, A/C unit made rattling noises, hallway smelled like cat pee, door did not latch correctly without having to lift it up a bit. Run down”

“Place was not a 3 star hotels. Wasn't clean, the sink in the room was propped up with 2 boards! The pool was broken. I had inquired 3 days prior and they assured me it would be fixed. The front desk person said she reserved 2 room right next to each other as we needed 2 rooms. When I arrived there were no such reservations and we ended up 6 rooms down. I tried to find another hotel but it was too late to find anything. Was disgusted”

“It was a short overnight stay d/t flight changes. Location plus 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport was so convenient. Didnt get the chance to use the amenities and take the free bfast. Overall hotel location, staff customer service, room cleanliness, bed and pillows, very good. Only one issue, purchased the same Items in the snack bar from 2 different people, at separate times, was surprised I was given different prices. The cash payment is almost $3 more than the card payment prior...

“The rooms were run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke.”

“Room stinks. Floor dirty, not mopped. Shower curtain dirty and ripped, water would leak every time you shower. Shower head weak. Bed sheets and towels dirty and stained.”

“Check in was fast. It was on a river although we didn’t have time to walk outside but saw it thru the window of the bar when we walked in the lobby. This property could be really nice but will need a big renovation, The room had a smell like old food or dog, the Bathroom was dirty, the back entrance door lock was broken, so not safe. The hallway carpet was dirty in spots. Only dry coffee creamer was available so no real small creamers. People sitting outside the hotel.”

“Nice hotel. 8/10 on the room cleaning. I thought the floors could have been swept and/ or mopped . There was someone's sock left behind and some crumbs on the floor from the previous guest. The wood floors appeared dry and like they haven't been mopped in a while. The hallways could use some fresh air. It smelled a bit damp. But the beds were extremely comfortable. I normally have a hard time sleeping on hotel beds but didnt have a problem here. Water temperature and pressure for the shower...
