“Front desk guy was super rude, disrespectful and gross. We rented a room for 6 max capacity (suite) and he was only letting 2 stay and making us pay for the extra 4 people, completely ignoring the fact we booked a room for 6 max capacity. We tried every possible way to fix the situation, but he only showed a bad attitude and gave us the worst treatment we have ever received! “I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking.
