“Property was new and in great shape. Room was very spacious. Had a hard time sleeping for two reasons. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy and kept coming on and off all night. The room next door had someone arrive at 2 a.m. They made a lot of noise, and in the yet early morning hours had dogs with them which kept loudly barking. Having such clientele is very disturbing.”

“The hotel looked fairly new and outside and inside were extremely clean and modern. It is one of the new minimal types of hotels. There is plenty of parking that was very well lit. The desk clerk, Dede, was very pleasant and efficient. The lobby offers 24 hour coffee and tea. She told us about the Hometown Grill that is in walking distance and offers a discount for guests. We arrived on a Sat evening and the restaurant had a steak and seafood buffet for $18.99 (think Golden Corral type food)....

“We got locked out of our room 3 times in one day because the room card was not working. When my husband went down the second time the front desk person told him he had to be more careful because they were running low on new card keys. The front desk person came up and checked twice to make sure the card keys did not work and then he plugged in a phone charger to charge the door in order for the card key to work and open the door. “A great convenient location that is always clean.”

“The hotel seemed nice....looked good. What made it a terrible stay for me was the bed/ matress comfort. It was so hard. It felt like I was in a sleeping bag on the floor. It hurt so bad that I slept on top of four pillows just to have any comfort. The box spring was metal...no spring. I almost slept in my car. Very disappointing for Holiday Inn!! I will not stay here again.”

“Hotel was of good quality and the bed was comfortable. I had no idea what I was booking when a 'hearing' room was listed. Turns out this is a disabled room on the first floor. The hotel is located right by a few others and in an area with constant truck traffic which goes on all night. Very hard to get any sleep with all the noise from the roads surrounding the property.”
