“Villa was awesome for a long weekend. Pool area was nice, all staff was very friendly, and the property communicated very well. In until washer dryer was great too. Going home with clean clothes is a huge bonus. Would definitely come stay again. ”

“Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo”

“The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They let me keep my suitcase there until check in. They also let me switch rooms so I could have a view of the mountain. They answered my questions about check out and were super attentive. Not to mention the place is really nice, the apartment rooms are great and great pool and hottub! ”

“Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...
