“The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

“It’s an amazing place! A historic house in an excellent location with everything you need inside. It doesn’t have a stove, but it has a microwave. Free parking, a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful park with a swan lake just a few steps away. Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. We want to come back.”

“I rarely leave reviews this negative, but this stay in Orlando near the Mills District was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had. The pillows smelled musty and unpleasant — honestly like an old funeral home or heavily neglected property. The closet doors didn’t function properly, the shower drain dis not drained at all, and despite reporting it, the issue was never fixed during the stay. Outside the property there was even a cardboard setup that appeared to be used by a homeless...
