“The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. “Lack of security ”

“I've stayed at this location several times now. I have always received great service. Before checking in once, the staff checking me in changed my room withut me asking so that I wouldn't hear the I17 road noise. I was very thankful for his thoughtfulness. The past 2 times, ive stayed here with my mom. She recently had knee replacement surgery and the staff made sure to provide us with the closest room to the entrance so my mom wouldnt have a hard time. I truly appreciate that. Thank you...
