“Sketchy area ”

“Awful staff. Dirty rooms. Thin walls with a drunk crowd”

“NA”

“Pros: Wonderful resort. Super helpful staff. Great pools. Beautiful location. Good food and service. Cons: A bit dated resort. Not all the pools and restaurants were open.”

“Loved our stay and would stay again!”

“such a nice and peaceful hotel. Very clean and helpful staff”

“This was a great new place to stay! I liked that it was not on a busy street and it was tucked away from the freeway as well. Could not hear a sound from the traffic. We slept very well. Friendly workers.”

“Very good price ”

“Anna at the front desk was less than helpful. The room was booked in my name and since I am disabled my husband asked if he could just bring my ID in and she said no. The parking lot was being resurfaced so she had us go around the the back which resulted in a longer walk then if we would have gone to the room from check in.”

“My husband and myself had a wonderful time at this hotel and was greeted with such delightful and very thoughtful staff! The service was impeccable and I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area.”

“Eccezionale ”

“This hotel location is right off the highway so easy convenient if you’re wanting to go to other places, staff was amazing very attentive very helpful and very kind. Will definitely come back if I plan to visit Arizona.”

“The employees are the real stars here! They made the stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely go there again.”
