“Stayed with kids. Sleepless night. Keep on getting sound during entire night. Kids really feel bad due to the smoke smell. When we open the room first time, room was not clean and got bad smell later we changed the room. Totally I’m not happy with this stay.”

“When I booked this room nothing was said about an additional deposit of $10.00 for amenities that they said they would return if I did not buy anything else. Upon checking out I was expecting to see a invoice with them returning my $10.00 I did not because I was told that this booked through a third party. Thus, I'm still waiting for the return of their so-called deposit.”

There are a few spots where there is a single step down when transitioning from one area to another.
