“Friendly staff, to-go breakfast for early travelers, easy check-in/out, clean”

“We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. Food was either empty or almost empty. I didn't see anything get refilled. Scrambled eggs were cold. Juice machine is also broken. Used the "hot" water to make tea, it was cold. I...

“Lately I have booked Holiday Inns for small travel trips due to the amenities like the free breakfast (a must for the teens in my life) and renovations (or new). I will say the two positives at this hotel were the lovely night manager, predictable and well stocked break and the diligent staff restocking the breakfast area (refilling coffee makers). Sadly, those are the only positives - and usually I’m a positive person in reviews. Ugh. The negatives are: Our room was reserved for five people...

“Parking was difficult. Room was not that great. Front desk was unavailanle to check in. None of the soda machines worked and there was no ice. All.we we were told was , "Sorry" The vending machines looked scarce”

“The room had a musty smell and our little when crawling on the carpet would get black hands and knees. The pool did not have any water in it until the last day of our stay. When my husband kindly asked questions to the staff they acted like it was a major inconvenience. We’ve stayed in many places, and we won’t be back here.”
