“This property was just cleaned when we arrived, however there were roaches. After it had just been cleaned. I tried to contact the property owner/manager. Someone spoke to me the first time, but that was it. They never responded back, after numerous attempts. They even contacted VRBO and told them they had left me a response on Crash pads. When the representative reached out to me, I told her that I could not find the message from the property owner. She could not either. There was no response...
