“Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. “The room itself was good. Clean and decent sized. The issue was outside of the room: the back door to the building closest to our room didn’t lock so anyone can just walk in the building, the ice machine on 2 of the 3 floors didn’t work, there were no luggage carts available, there were people not staying at the property using the pool with their 5 kids, there were full sized trash bags full of trash sitting outside of several different rooms on all three floors we saw while looking for luggage...

“Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. There were towels everywhere on the floor and there was a heavy thick white foam in the hot tub. Other than that the rooms are ok, bathrooms a little small but it's ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.”
