Hotel a Norwood Court

“I don't understand why people have rated this over 9 stars! It's clean but it is old and reminds me of a hotel from 1970. Having said that, the staff was great, I heard the breakfast is really good. Ive stayed hete twice out of convenience and it does the job. Haven't had breakfast thet3, which may elevate the rating. But it is not 9 stars. 7 at the best. ”

“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. “The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, eggs, etc. The roads were clean the staff, Garrett, was efficient and helpful.”

“Our couch was broken, pull out bed would barely come out and couldn't get it to go back in. Pool wasn't open and honestly thought it was an indoor pool from the description. The elevator was very scetchy as well. Was not impressed for the money I spent. ”

“Staff: Very helpful. I wish I could remember this young gentlemen's name that check me in and out the next morning. He was so helpful called me by name and ask me to come back. The lady in the breakfast dine hall was helpful not only to me but I watched her help an elderly man. Food was fresh and hot. As I was leaving the housekeeping spoke to me with a smile. Room: was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and plenty of water power. AC worked great too.”

“Very outdated. Location appears understaffed. No one to greet you at checkout at the front desk. Updates taking place to the facility but appears to be low grade updates for a building that needs a complete overhaul.”
