Hotel a Oak Hammock

“The property at Garnett looked very nice and the pool was nice and clean. The room, however, was not. The beds were clean and comfortable but the bathroom needed cleaning. The floor was dirty, the tub was dirty and drained very slowly, I would say they need a bathroom remodel. The towels and wash cloths felt damp before you even used them. Most hotels have at least 4 of each. We had 2 and there were 3 in our party. The staff was okay. They were not overly friendly and sometimes grudgingly...

“Hotel staff were helpful. Door keys kept failing. Cable was nothing but commercials. Pool was nice and clean. We were charged a resort fee but this is a hotel, not a resort. We were told breakfast was included, but they don't have a restraunt. Room had microwave and fridge, but no dishes or utensils. Sofa bed was terrible for seating, however king bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Wifi was not secure. Beach is convenient and they have wagons to haul gear to the beach. Location and parking...

“We absolutely loved the hotel, we got a oceanfront room, view was amazing, room was clean, the bar on the beach has the best drinks and staff were so nice. It is a pet friendly hotel, we did not travel with our pet this time and we did t hear any dogs barking.”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile.
