“When checking in we were told the pool was closed. I specifically booked the hotel because of the pool. Then she caught us as we were leaving to say yes it’s open. Then there was a porter potty next to the pool and it smelled like urine. It was terrible”

“Unfortunately the hotel, despite it's great amenities, have triple charged my credit card after we checked out. I was never able to contact anyone from the hotel to get this straighten out. My messages went completely unanswered and my credit card was maxed out because of these extra charges. Horrible experience with the fraudulent charges and zero customer service or follow up.”

“The property also has a homeless shelter on property. So property was crawling with people. There was a roach that came into our room on the second floor we ask if there was a bug issues she answered with im not the manager and manager is not on property. They were not helpful at all. So we left.”

“Overall this was the WORST I have ever experienced at a Motel 6, Filthiest, smelled awful food left in the refrigerator, old dirty Q tips, linen ripped, mattress-stained mold in bathroom. The parking was unsafe, I stayed here back in 2022 and OH Man this place has gone to the gutter since then. There was no way I could bare the smell and stay here ln these unsafe conditions with a pile of trash and bags right next to the staircase, left shortly after checking in... never again ”

“Mi ero trovato bene la prima volta a e sono tornato, sempre soddisfatto. Anche questa volta camera confortevole e pulita. L'unica cosa che non mi torna è come ci possa essere puzza di fumo in una camera per non fumatori.... comunque confermo il giudizio positivo generale della struttura”

“Very old property with hardly any updates. Linens were awful. What were supposed to be white pillow cases had stains all over them and were yellowish/brown. Blankets on beds had burn marks in them. White towels were the same, no longer white and appeared very old. Was surprised they still used any of the linens as all NEED to be replaced. Beds were in very old rusty frames that made loud noises with ANY movement. They give you one blank card for the room and hand you a remote with no back and...
