“Their in room coffee machines were useless”

“so the room was fantastic, and of all the beds i slept in while travelling in Ontario, and there were many, lol, this was by far the best nights sleep i had, bar none. one other thing, i was really late getting there and the young lady at the front stayed after her shift was over to make sure i got in ok, that is the kind of thing you don't see often and i was so grateful! will most definitely be back next year, but for a few more days.”

“There was no hot water. Therefore couldn't shower or have a bath in the beautiful antique tub. Which was part of the ambiance of this hotel room. My son stayed there 6 years ago and had no water and friends of ours had stayed there 9 years ago same thing no hot water. What is up with that!! .”

“The property did not disappoint. The restaurant on site was excellent. Good food, service and view. Our room was a little outdated but it's a building that they are going to renovate soon. The balcony from our room also had a nice view of the Muskoka river. For the price I would highly recommend this Inn. The staff were excellent.”
