“Extremely friendly front desk staff, small but well equipped hotel gym, small pool without shade, good breakfast sides but not my favorite egg dishes, free laundry machines with long term stays, nice room/suite, in a good part of town with lots close by. I really liked this place and would definitely return if I'm ever in that area.”

“The staff that was on last night- was no where to be found at the front desk. I stood there with my young child for 20 minutes- before she decided to come out to the front desk. I even called the property - and it rang for 5 minutes until she decided to come out. Then was incredibly rude and made it very clear we were an inconvenience to her. ”

Phone didn’t work in our room, pullout bed was in poor condition and we had to request pillows and blankets for it.
One of the elevators simply didn’t work on our 4th level.
