“The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced.”

“While the resort itself is awesome with good and friendly staff, the state of the shower in our room was the worst I've ever seen. Mold in every single corner that could have at least been partially removed with a wipe. I was certain I would have been able to remove some of it with a swipe of a towel (which, I did not, because that's gross). For nearly $400 a night, this is unacceptable. “I do not recommend this hotel.
During our stay, my car was broken into while parked in the hotel’s parking lot. The thieves stole all of my belongings and completely shattered and removed the entire rear window of my car.
What is most concerning is that there are no cameras covering the back of the parking area, even though it is a very small parking lot owned by the hotel. The staff showed very little empathy or concern for what happened and took no responsibility whatsoever.
