“Easy to get to HP and be around other stuff”

“Desk clerk who checked me in told me my room didn't have a refrigerator--only king suites do. He then gave me a "free" breakfast card and asked if that would make up for it. Then handed me a slip of paper with his name and a QR code on it and asked me to give him a good review. When I told him I had spoken to someone who told me all rooms have a refrigerator. He gave me two more "free" breakfast tickets (breakfasts was included with my reservation) which still didn't even cover all the days...

“Run from this property!! Booked 1 1/2 months in advance. When arrived late at night after traveling since 3am from the west coast with small children was told that they only have a basement room available and that I could first look at it and then if it is not satisfactory they would refund me. What choice does that leave me to try to find a new hotel late at night? Then when I accepted the basement room where the air was not working in the middle of summer they said I could pack up and drive...

“My stay at Hilton was great; especially it was during a family emergency. I was traveling with my elderly Dad and needed a handicap bathroom. The accommodations were perfect; lots of space. Also had to work remotely and the wi-fi was convenient. My only suggestion is to have instructions on a card on how to use the remote blinds. The staff is pleasant and kitchen breakfast crew is wonderful. Thank you!”

“The property was clean, free of pests. The room was fine, nothing spectacular. Problems encountered: 1. The refrigerator could not make up its mind if it was going to freeze the fruit inside or melt the ice buildup in the back of the unit and flood the bottom. 2. The room was booked in advance, no last-minute booking. Arriving there is 1 towel, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. There was 4 of us staying there. You know what room you are giving to whom, prep the room accordingly. 3. The hallways...

“This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.”

“The property was very worn. The room needed work, the bathroom door was broken. The shower had hair on the walls and around the drain. The room smelled musty. The staff was amazing though.”
