“When we arrived at 11pm that night. Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. This is our second year staying at this hotel and I’m not sure if we’ll book again when we come back next year. the morning lady who also stocked the breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave our daughter some food to feed the turtles. “Hotel has no pantry, all vending machines out of order, hot tub out of order, breakfast wasn't up to other H.I s breakfast, but still charged full price which is higher than other similar hotels in area ”

“The room we were in was dirty. Shower was so bad I would not let my dog bath in it. Paint pealing off the walls and ceiling.this room should not be rented out to anyone till it has a deep clean. The lamp only works if you plug it in for on and unplug to turn it off. Very sad. Room 824. The hot tub only had 3 jets that worked. ”

“The gentle man at the front desk was absolutely so very kind! He went above and beyond!! We did get a smoking room,(Only available )so the room obviously smelled like smoke from the time when walked in and of course it was all over the bedding. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. It’s not the best area but I would stay again. Hope this helps”
