“Good place if within this area. Been here twice and had a good stay both times. Would recommend it!”

“Took a shower and after about two minutes was ankle deep in water. Let the front desk know but there was no apology or any offer of making it better. She just jotted it down.”

“It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use.”

“I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. ”

“Loud people loitering who weren't even staying the night at the hotel. I couldn't sleep at all. I will not stay again. ”

“The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.”

“Hotel was nice & quiet and the location was unbeatable. The view of the lake was awesome. The pool area was clean, but does show some serious signs of aging. The beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable, but we were only there for 2 nights so made do. ”

“We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. ”

“Parking was good. The only thing we didn't lie was there was hair on one pillow”
