“The only complaint I have is that they attempted to charge my card twice after I prepaid through Expedia. However, I have a wonderful stay otherwise.”

“Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.”

“This is a beautiful pet friendly hotel in a lovely and quiet area overlooking Lake Erie. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Jenny checked us in and could not have been nicer! I will definitely recommend and return.”

“Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is the reason we decided to stay. We are over the road truckers and wanted a few nights away from the truck. This is a budget property that needs remodeling, updates, etc. but for the price we felt it was fine. They provide complimentary continental breakfast that consists of bagels and cream cheese, a couple kinds of breads for toasting, fruit, plain yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee and tea. “Okay stay. In town to visit friends. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Bathrooms don't have fans so there's mold on the ceiling but lots of fresh towels. Air con works but made the room damp. Pillows still smell like cigarettes despite asking for new ones. Pool was good. Hot tub closed. Breakfast covered the basics.”

“They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms.”

“Owner operated, wonderfully cared for. Quite setting setback a couple hundred yards from the road. Big yardspace, deer wandering about.”

“Our room number nine, which said it had lakefront viewing did not. They had a very nice deck on the second and third floor four units 10 11 12, 1514 and 13 I guess I got number nine because I booked through Expedia.”

“I would love to leave a stay review but we did not get that chance. Upon arrival- the lady said they didnt have our reservation and they were sold out for the weekend because we didnt call 24 hours ahead of time and prepay- it said nothing about that on expedia. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend. They offered us to stay friday night and to play it by ear on saturday which did not go over well for the rest of the family so we ended up leaving which ruined the 4th of july plans....
