“Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. ”

“Clean basic room. Traffic noise was abit much as hotel is right alongside major interstate”

“Ill start with the good and finish with the bad.. The hotel was at a great location and overall was nice and clean.. breakfast was also really good. Personally really liked the waffle maker.. unfortunately why my stay really sucked was nome of our tvs worked. We called and asked the front desk for help.. maybe to switch rooms or maybe they could of done something i mean anything but instead was met with a kinda rude women who said eh sorry manager is unable to be contacted and nothing to do...
