The master bedroom features a private bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, along with a comfortable queen-size bed. The second bedroom is ideal for kids, with 2 bunk beds including a double bed and a single bed in one, and two single beds in the other. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Relax in the living room and enjoy the 55-inch Smart TV, or head to the terrace to take in the views of the beautiful garden and pool while dining al fresco. Additionally, you'll be just 30 steps away from the Catalonia hotel's gym and spa, and only 300 meters from the nearest beach and lagoon. Your perfect getaway awaits here!

Guests will have access to 2 pools and a common area with grills in the condominium, as well as loungers and a garden. In Puerto Aventuras, they can enjoy 2 private beaches, the marina with dolphins, a central park with sports courts, an outdoor gym, and a playground. Additionally, access to a protected area with a hidden cove and Mayan ruins. There's a wide range of restaurants, pharmacies, yacht tours, fishing trips, and activities like surfing and golf. Loss of keys will incur a cost of $900 Mexican pesos.

We provide an initial kit with limited basic household and bathroom items, such as toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, paper towels, bottled water, coffee, napkins, and some trash bags.

There's an additional charge for extra guests/visitors exceeding the property's capacity.

A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used. This fee is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Long-term stays are available.

With good Wi-Fi connection, it's ideal for remote workers (digital nomads)!

We recommend bringing insect repellent, especially during the rainy season, to protect against mosquitoes.

Before leaving the premises, we recommend:
*Turning off the air conditioning and appliances when leaving the property to avoid wasting energy.
*Ensuring all windows and doors are closed when leaving to secure the property.
*Taking out the trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.
*Gathering towels and leaving them in the laundry area.
