“Secrets Resort was a great place, but it had some limitations. The restaurant options and amenities were limited, and everything was basically on the Breathless side of the resort. This got a bit annoying at times, as we had to go back and forth between the two sides to request top-shelf alcohol. The difference in customer service was also quite noticeable. “Unfortunately I do not have a lot of positive thoughts about this experience. First, you should know that you will not be able to even come close to the ocean because of the excessive amount of rotten seaweed on the beach. You will have to pay extra to be able to get to the beach. Staff are not responsive and we spent 4 days with toilet cover broken until it finally got fixed. We were calling about it every day.
