Motel a Punta Sam

“Excellent staff, Kevin the Events Coordinator was the best person to know. The staff was extremely supportive and fun, great restaurants.”

“Restaurant staff and food quality and choices remain five star incredible. However the pool staff and housecleaning was terrible this trip. The pool staff are all talking to each other and don’t seem to care about serving the guests at all. You have to complain to get a drink and that’s not for me. Housekeeping was a disaster. Our room often didn’t get cleaned at all or we had to wait until 5pm for it to get cleaned. They NEED to fix these two things to bring the hotel to the five star rating...

“Excellent layout, great views”

“Food is 10/10”

“We were very pleased with our stay overall. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very attentive and the service by the pool was the best out of any resort we have been to. The food was very high quality, didn’t feel like an all-inclusive. The drinks were top shelf and used fresh juices. My only critic is there isn’t great communication between concierge and pre booking. They weren’t able to see what resturants I had booked or when my airport...

“Our stay at Garza Blanca Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was exceptional, and the service truly made our vacation unforgettable. We especially want to recognize some of the incredible team members who made our experience so special. Jose, our poolside waiter, was outstanding! He was incredibly attentive, efficient, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His service truly stood...

“me ofrecieron un upgrade q tomé a Club Preferred, en el q entre otras cosas, nos hablaron d “bebidas premium” y dichas bebidas nunca había en los diferentes restaurantes y bares”

“I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.”

“WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.”

“The staff were very friendly, and the property itself was beautiful. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The drinks were extremely inconsistent. Even when ordering the exact same drink at the same bar, they tasted different every time and were sometimes served in completely different glasses. The food quality was also disappointing. Entertainment was another major letdown. Activities were rarely on schedule. For example, karaoke advertised for 9 PM wouldn't start until 10:30 or 11...

“Struttura ottima, 3 stelle non rende giustizia. L'animazione per i bambini è stata super, tante attività diverse, i bambini ci andavano sempre volentieri. Il personale sempre super cortese, disponibile e sorridente, spiaggia e mare bellissimi, stanza spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata. Bellissimo l'acqua park, bellissimi gli spettacoli serali. Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni.”
