“Tonya the person responsible for breakfast was awesome. She was working alone and managed to keep everything clean neat and plentiful. She was very friendly and more than eager to wait on customers. “Best hotel we have ever stayed in , in terms of costumer service, cleanliness and room size.
We ran into an issue with the receptionist charging my card when I already had a reservation through Expedia. It was at night and I was too tired I forgot to let her know and she didn’t not ask either. Next morning I realized about the double charge. I spoke to the general manager who happen to be there that morning and it was an easy 2 minute fix.
