Hotel in zona Reveille, Charlottesville

“The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes.”

“Plusses: restaurant and bar, close to everything in CVille, Uber is cheap and accessible Minuses: pool was dirty, one elevator was out of order, breakfast was luke warm at best, road noise as hotel is close to I64”

“Only ding was the pool was closed. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I didn’t know Cracker Barrel served alcohol. I do now. Good to have a cold one after traveling.”

“Stayed here after attending my cousin's graduation, and I absolutely LOVED it! The room was great and the bed was super comfy - perfect for a solo traveler like myself! The location is so beautiful, I sat outside staring at the stars! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!”

“We checked in and tried showering only to have water as cold as ice, door lock didn’t work. Called front desk his response was change rooms. We were already unpacked and he didn't seem to care, he said no one was there to fix anything. Moved rooms to take a shower in room number 2 and the bathroom bath mat was dirty, we used a towel cus the bath mat was that dirty, the shower wall had black curly hair stuck to it. Called front desk three times, no answer. Went to front desk no one there. ...

“Needs some refresh. Bathroom has some missing paint, a little moldy grout, etc. Nothing horrendous, just things that would be easy to fix.”

“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”
