“There was only one vending machine. None with snacks. The coffee was undrinkable. I was disappointed.”

“The first room we were given was on the second floor and upon stepping off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke (supposedly non-smoking). We entered our room and it smelled musty and the laminate flooring had maybe spilled food all over it. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked the front desk for a different room and the front desk worker (not sure who because no staff wore nametags) gave us a room on the third floor. “Clean room. Parking good early, have to park in Casino garage late. Would not allow us to check in before 4 pm no matter what. Had to leave and come back 20 mins later to check in. Nice staff just very rigid about check in time.”

“The carpet less room was clean. Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.”

“Avoid this place a all costs. The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries. The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and...

“The staff was friendly. My bed had a huge stain in the middle of it on the mattress. It showed through the sheet and while it wasn't on the sheet, you could still see it and it was gross. It looked like a blood or other bodily function stain. I got in super late from canceled flights and this was the only hotel with availability left so I had no other option, but that definitely needs to be taken care of.”

“The property is well maintained and clean. Staff was great. Only complaint is the TV’s have no smart functions, thus no access to streaming services like Netflix,Prime, etc without bringing your own Roku or Firestick.”

“This hotel is a dump, the rooms are old and dated. the lobby smells like chlorine, fabuloso and 1970. The shuttle is old and beat up. not sure who is giving this hotel an 8 but it was not enjoyable.”

“Unfortunately the policy of accepting dogs in a room must be respected. Our personal problem is that some of us have animal allergies problems. As much as the room gets cleaned, the smell, and animal hairs stay in the room. Not everybody’s health can tolerate living around animals. Hotels should have rooms for guess pets free.”
