“breakfast menu was good and food was fresh. Parking was easy and safe”

“pretty clean room except the floors were dirty. I’d recommend brining extra socks/slippers to wear around. Stayed here twice so far for two different events in downtown and was very a convenient walk. Good amount of parking. We stayed in March 2026 and half of the rooms seem to be under renovation (inside rooms facing pool). Overall nice stay for the price and staff were kind and accommodating.”

“Friendly kind staff stating if there is anything we can help you with during your stay let us know. Cafe diner fresh crisp salad.. bathroom facilities clean. Unfortunately pool access not open until May. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice touch on robes to wear. Will recommend and stay again.”

“Ci siamo soggiornati altre volte qui, di passaggio, è una buona struttura, buona la pulizia, lo stato delle camere, la colazione (calda con dolce e salato servita in una piccola stanza molto carina). Poi il personale gentilissimo, un speciale grazie a Jeff che ci ha aiutato. Poi in zona ci sono mezzi di trasporto che ti permettono di arrivare a Sacramento sia città come aeroporto in poco più di mezz'ora. ”

“Old property, changed rooms because of noise. then next one had the tub drain cloged. Not impressed, but if you're not picky”

“Extremely clean, access to hot coffee 24 hours a day. I was impressed with the continental breakfast as well.”

“My room smelled like a cattle farm, no one cleaned our room for 4 days, the bar was never opened charged me 250 deposit and no amenities. It was awful will never stay there again. Stayed there last year and wasn’t that bad as now. The staff was not nice never spoke. Non friendly. ”

“We got there late. Place was a little rundown, wasn’t super clean, staff was ok (not that friendly or engaging). We woke up to find a bug crawling on my daughter’s pillow. Then, another one on the shower curtain. They looked like bedbugs. Even the person at the front desk said that, as we notified them. ”

“Sue the bartender in evening was very kind and had excellent service. Breakfast crew was very friendly as well and breakfast itself was decent. Friday morning the options were a bit smaller than Saturday which had eggs, Canadian bacon and biscuits & gravy. Would revisit again when in need of place to stay in Roseville. Also the nearby restaurants are pretty dang good too. ”

“The property is old and worn. The one amenity that was excellent was the airport shuttle. The convenience made up for the worn down conditions. ”
