“I was not told there was a parking fee of $10 until I checked in. That should have been clearly stated in the booking but the source of the problem could be Expedia and not the hotel.”

“The hotel is undergoing renovations. Hopefully it will be improved. The onsite store could offer more. The breakfast was disappointing (muffins, bagels and coffee). I did enjoy cookies in the lobby. It is convenient to Old Sac (better driving than walking) The staff could offer friendlier customer service with requests and suggestions.”

“Surprised by $10 parking fee charged by the hotel. This is new and I wasn't informed of. I paid through Expedia for an all inclusive amount so I was shocked to see my credit card was charged by the hotel. This hotel is off a major interstate/highway. Wouldn't you think you'd include free parking in the total rate.”

“We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor. We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb....

“Something new and delicious every morning. love the new coffee machines which grind then brew your coffee. Fresh fruit and yogurt were also provided. All in all, the cleanliness and care to detail made breakfast a real treat. ”

“The place was good, although i did not expect much especially that i booked first before looking at google reviews. But it was the opposite from the reviews on google, i just needed a place to stay for a concert i was attending. The place was budget friendly too.”

“The room was clean and seemed refurbished with new furniture and floor. The check-in Kiosk was a bit of an issue because it has an AI bot and they chose an Indian person as the avatar. The issue was, it had an accent I could not understand at times, so check-in wa a little slow. I never could get on the internet. After getting the wi-fi chosen, I tried to log in with their password and it would just kick me out and back to the 'choose wi-fi" settings page. I tried a dozen times and just gave up...

“I wish they would offer a pro-rata. We wanted to extend 4 hours and was told we had to pay the full rate of another night.”

“Apparently there must only be two mobility rooms which I booked through Expedia. When we arrived we were told one of the rooms was already taken and the other he couldn’t give to us because it flooded that same day. Only gave us a $20.00 discount. Other than that it was fine and I have to say the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.”
