“La reserva se realizó una hora anticipada, sin embargo deberían indicar que están teniendo un fallo eléctrico. Al llegar a la instalación y preguntar en la recepción vos dieraxoon están necesario tener ventilación el chico dijo que él no era CFE para saber si iba a resolver el problema. “The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. ”

“If you’re looking to escape the city and truly relax, this is the perfect place. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Although it’s an all-inclusive vegan resort, but we are not vegan , so we also enjoyed the fish and steak—they were delicious! The drinks were exceptional, and the staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. “June 2026 very recent START WITH BROKEN TOILET SET, I SLIPPED OFF THEN REMOTES FOR AC NEEDED HELP THEN SHOWER, FLOODED THE ENTIRE ROOM , WORST NO WARM TO HOT WATER THEY AGREEED. AND WAS SUPPOSE TO FIX HOT WATER TANK ADVISED TO USE ANOTHER ROOM ALSO NO HOT WATER,' PAST UPSET MY ROOM THEY DID NOTHING AND AGAIN COLD SHOWER NOT EVEN WARM , FORGET HOT.
