“We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again.”

“Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options, several hot items. The person serving in the breakfast area was very helpful. Breakfast area was a little crowded, but we were able to secure a table both days. The hotel is located right by historic Biltmore Village and near Biltmore Estate entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in Asheville.”

“It was great experience. Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful courtyard. The front desk was very attentive and respectful.
I went with my kids and parents and they all had fun. It wasn't very crowded, we expected it to be due to the holidays but it was still pleasant stay.
It is close to the downtown, like 5-10 minutes away from the main town area so that was a good advantage.
