“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff.

“Clean room. Courteous staff. Perfect for a quick stay and close to everything. Road construction outside the parking garage was a nuisance but that was out of the control of the hotel. Definitely would stay again when we're in town.”

“This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs.
The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder.
Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.”

“My room was not cleaned. I asked at 3:36pm for my room to get cleaned and they stated that it would be clean before 10:30pm. I find that weird. I left my room at 8:30pm and I came back after midnight and it wasn’t cleaned.
The next day I left at 8am for a track meet and came back at 3pm. My room was still not cleaned even though they were servicing the room next to me.
The pool was down for maintenance. We had issues with the elevators during our stay and the staff is understaffed and...

“The service was excellent and our room was clean. The bathroom was very small and the mirror was drenched after using the shower and there was no vent to dehumidify the room. The breakfast was okay but the room was small so one day there was no seat available for us. The good thing was our room was very quiet and parking was plentiful. We frequent Fairfield Inns around the country and this one was not up to the standards we had expected from Fairfield.”
