“Great location, the property is quaint and the grounds are lovely. KC is hot and humid in August so we appreciated the a/c and ceiling fan in our room! We didn’t encounter staff and all communication and transactions were virtual, which I really liked. This is the first time I have ever had a manager stop by my table at the free breakfast to ask how my stay was. And then, when he saw things that needed doing at breakfast, he picked up trash and wiped tables. Clearly his attitude influences the rest of staff. Kudos”
