“We got to our room to a broken bed. They switched our room and the toilet in that room wouldn’t flush. The sheets and pillowcases all had pulls in the threads and the carpet looked questionably stained”

“The property is nice. We've stayed here before without issue. HOWEVER!!! If there is the slightest possibility that something will happen, such as a flight delay and you can't make it to check-in, your room will be canceled for the entirity of your stay and the hotel will bill you for all of it. Not worth the risk!! There are too many nice hotels in the area to take the chance on LA Quinta!!”
