“Rooms were great. There we tried out the tennis courts walked along trails. They have bike trails but you need to rent the bikes from a third party. Pools are good we prefer the one by the spa it’s typically quieter. Spa is a bit pricey but the facials are definitely worth it. They also have a gym, sauna, steam room, and an indoor hot tub. The staff that takes you around the resort in a golf cart is always friendly and helpful. The stay was great I only thing we missed out on was golfing....

“The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!”
