“Lobby/breakfast are in a separate building, 50 yards away from the rooms. No coffee in the rooms, so nothing until breakfast or checkout. Breakfast was pretty dismal anyway.”

“I couldn’t use my iPad because they had no Wi-Fi that worked. The front desk gave me a number to call and I did but the man couldn’t get me on. He said they would call me back. They didn’t get back to me until 2 days later when I was on my way home. TV stopped working the first night we were there.”

“There was NO staff. Had an issue with the electronic lock to my room. Called a number and got instant solution. That's why I rated the staff excellent. Spectacular room and amenities. 8 miles from the southern end of Skyline Drive in Shenandoah. Very convenient.”

“The front to check is a smelly small little phone booth big enough for only 1 person. I was immediately greeted by a rude lady yelling at me over a full blast ring camera and a guy behind plexiglass that didn't speak English. I was told I couldn't pay for my room at this location and had to drive across town to the days in and that they were having water issues here. I told them I didn't have any business with days in and my room was with them. I again was told I had to go to the other location...
