Hotel a Severance

“Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations.”

“Beds were adequate.The room had several areas that were damaged and needed attention. I took pictures. Breakfast was fine with a good variety. Hot tub was not hot and only 1-2 jets working at full force. For what we paid, it should seem that the room wouldn’t have damages and should have been fixed prior to having it available. Also do we pay for not using the room safe if we didn’t use it? It’s like the available mini bar in hotels, but you pay only if you use it. It could have been nicer...

“For the price point it could have been a little better. The beds creaked the sheets didn’t stay on the bed the pillows were lumpy and lost shape. I liked having a laundry unit and the kitchen was nice. The water pressure for the shower was like a trickle which I did not appreciate having thick curly hair. I recommend bringing your own towels as they will not provide more unless you pay.”

“No breakfast. The room I booked was for 2 queens and I was given 1 king. The staff said they were "completely booked and said it was Expedia's fault. I was with my adult son. We made it work, but it was not what I booked. The carpet was filthy in the rooms and hallway. ”

“Staff was friendly, We were only there for the night, had a late check in and an early check out as we were traveling. Keep in mind there are no stairs to the 2nd floor. Which being a person that doesn’t do stairs well and having to carry up items ( including an ice chest) was not easy. ”

“The toilet didn’t flush with the handle you had to reach in and pull this chain. Also, there was no breakfast days. I was there. They were cockroaches inside and outside the room.”

“Breakfast is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wet carpet in our room that had occurred from a leak earlier in the day. I brought this attention to the front desk who confirmed they could also smell wet/musty carpet. It took a little while for accommodations to be made, but we were moved from a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout to a room with 1 king bed and a pullout. For 3 adults it was not ideal, but my granddaughter slept on the couch....

“THE place to stay in Fort Collins. Clean, easy instructions to follow to access, plenty of free street parking and walkable to Old Town. Who could ask for anything more?”

“This place was great. The rooms were nice, the hotel is well maintained, the pool was nice, and we really enjoyed the little outdoor space outside the pool.”
