Resort a Shell Key Preserve

“The Resort was very well maintained and the room was clean and spacious. There are multiple properties within the resort, we enjoyed the many pool, hot tubs, and lounging options. At night, they offer many different activities and family friendly fun things to do. Our only complaints were the additional resort and parking fees and the expensive drinks at the poolside/beach bars.”

“The location was absolutely fantastic. So close to everything on the north end, which is the part of the island that we really preferred. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach cart provided was life-changing for all our future beach vacations!Only suggestion I have would be to add curtains to the bedroom. Even with the blinds shut, it still gets pretty bright in there in the morning.”

“The resort is nice. Theres nothing special about it other than a nice pool and hot tub with limited customers. Views from the pool deck are great in the mornings. The suite 1 is misrepresented. It does not have a refrigerator or kitchenette or microwave. Communication with rod and reel isn’t great. We had issues with no AC for two nights. The manager attempted to repair is right away then had to call in experts. The poor communication was after the stay when I asked for a discount. Haven’t heard...

“The beach was awesome, very quiet and relaxing, and the hotel staff were very attentive to any need we might have. It also has a great pool in the middle. And valet parking was complimentary!!!”
