The only thing that I wish was different is that the elevators wouldn’t take so long to come to your floor… The elevators are constantly busy… Sometimes you have to wait five minutes for them to come… And it is usually full and then you have to wait for the next one that was kind of inconvenient… but everything else was excellent and whenever I come back to...

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....
