Hotel a Silverhill

“I loved everything about the location, the looks of the building was cool, well lit parking lot but I wasn't a fan of the the two large covered areas for the smoking area next to the rooms. The gal that checked me in was very pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. My room was excellent. Nice place to stay.”

“Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!”

“Just needed a late night stay after concert so I didn't have to drive at night. Price was first concern. But I was happy to find that it was also very nice, the property was off the main road,well maintained and clean. I liked that it was away from the highway noise and lights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be going to more concerts at the wharf now that I know where to stay.”

“Old hotel. No restaurant or bar on site. Parking was fine. Very New Orleans style courtyard. For one night it was fine. It was clean.”

“Pet friendly with a decent pet area (just a heads up if it rains that area floods a lil bit. Not a dig towards the hotel just a heads up really). The rooms were fairly clean. The sheets had a stain on em that looked like it doesn't come out, but there was a cigarette burn hole in a corner of the sheet. No big deal as we usually pack our own comforter. Wear socks or flipflops/slides around the room floor is clean but not barefoot clean. Other than that its a room to sleep and get hot showers at a...

“At the price point we payed we fully expected dated and no amenities but not disgusting! The tub was so disgusting we put the bath mat INSIDE of it to stand on. The surfaces had traces of food and drink rings from the guest before us. Toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirror from the guest before us. There was no toilet paper. The floors had visible bugs and hair and the bedding had rings. Directly upon arrival we went to the front office and told them the condition of the room and asked...

“The rooms sofa bed was dirty with a tissue , hair , and crushed chips when we pulled it out to use it. It really just made me question the cleanliness of the whole room. The front desk woman apologized and gave us new sheets to put on. The breakfast was good.”
